If that's the case.if my computer doesn't have that driver, why would they have worked at ALL in the first place? All I know is that when I pair either speaker to my Macbook it shows that it's paired and connected, yet no sound comes out of the speakers. Their tech support said their speakers only work with that kind of driver.

I cannot even find anywhere in the computer hardware that says what kind of driver the Bluetooth has.
I emailed Harman Kardon about it and they said something about my Bluetooth driver needing to be A2DP.
I thought one speaker was bad, so I grabbed the other one and tried to connect that one. I have uninstalled them and re-paired them several times and neither one works, even though it shows under the Bluetooth menu that it's connected. I have had zero issues with them pairing to my Macbook until last week when, all of a sudden, they simply stopped. I have 2 Harman Kardon Onyx 2 bluetooth speakers that I LOVED.until this past week.
